Customers who bought items from Winland Depot can apply for return/exchange up to seven (7) days from the date when the order is received, where day one is the receiving/collection date.
To be eligible for a return, your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the any proof of purchase from our store.
Valid reasons for return and exchange include the following:
Product that is fundamentally different in nature from the product specified in the website;
Faulty, defective, or damaged product;
Product that is not as advertised on the website;
Wrong item is delivered
Invalid reasons include the following:
Change of mind
Product incompatibility issues
Repairs or alterations have been made to the unit
The item has been misused, abused or improperly handled

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. On the other hand, if your item is accepted for replacement, we will schedule a delivery to your exact address.

Selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value as the original item being returned. The price difference of item/s with higher value than the original item must be paid. Customer waives any excess amount if item chosen for exchange has lower value than the original item.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please be advised that shipping fee discounts, gift cards, vouchers and the like are not refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed via BDO, Gcash or any other payment method that we will mutually agree upon.
