      10.2 Payment Disclaimer:

      We take no responsibility for any loss, damages, or theft related to the customer’s chosen payment method during shipping, due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or any erroneous remittance by the customer in connection with the payment for items purchased. Customers must shoulder (Partial) payment regarding shipping fee.

      11. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

        Holiday Delays Disclaimer: Please note that during peak holiday seasons, both metro and provincial deliveries may experience delays due to increased order volumes, limited service days, and other logistical challenges. Delivery times may be longer than usual, and we ask for your understanding and patience as we work to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible. 

        12.3 Product Availability:

        Delivery of products is contingent upon availability. While we make every effort to maintain updated stock information on our website, there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable between updates.
