Warranty Policy and Guidelines

 Terms of Service Warranty

At Winlanddepot.com, we are committed to providing high-quality Home Improvement products, Furniture, Tools, Equipment, and Appliances. Our products come with a 7-day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA No. 7394).

Defective Product Returns:

Products must be returned to us within 7 days of purchase for any warranty claim. We will handle all repairs or exchanges as swiftly as possible.

Warranty Duration:  

If the product is defective and returned within the warranty period, the repair must be completed, and the product must be returned to you within 7 days from the date we receive it.

Your Rights to Exchange or Refund:  

If you are unable to complete the repair within 7 days, you have the right to:

  • Exchange the defective product with a new one(Item exchange). See our Exchange of item policy.

  • Request a refund of the full purchase price. In compliance with RA 7394 “THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, Chapter 3 under “Consumer Product and Service Warranties, Article 68, Section D no. 2

  • Demand a proportionate price reduction if you decide to keep the defective product.

Exchange or Refund applies in cases where:

  •  The item is faulty, defective, or damaged. (Exchange or Refund)

  •  The item has missing parts or accessories. (Exchange policy only)

Service Warranty Exclusions

1. Alterations have been made to the item.

2. Repairs have been made or tampered by unauthorized persons.

3. The item is returned due to a change of mind.

The warranty does not cover repairs if the item has been damaged due to unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, or being pushed beyond its intended capabilities.

Supply Delays 

If there is a delay in repair due to the unavailability of spare parts, We will promptly inform you of the delay and the reason for the supply disruption within or not less than 90 days. In compliance with RA 7394 “THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, Chapter 3 under “Consumer Product and Service Warranties, Article 71 Guaranty of Service Firms.

Warranty Process

1. Notify Us Within 7 Days  

To claim a service warranty, you must notify us of any defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to the warranty within 7 days of purchase. Contact our customer service at customersupport@winlanddepot.com or +(63) 917 6263 261 with the following information:

  • Order number or proof of purchase. (receipt, order number, etc.)

  • A valid ID that matches the details provided on your order, including your name and address.

  • Product serial number.

  • A detailed description of the defect or issue.

  • Photos or videos showing the defect.

NOTE: Wait for our team to receive warranty confirmation within 7 days.

2. Send the product for inspection

Securely pack the defective product and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Inspection and Verification

If the defect falls under our warranty, we will repair the item at no additional cost.

5. Completion of Warranty Obligations  

We will complete any repair or exchange within 7 days of receiving the defective product. If we cannot repair or exchange the product within this period, you may request a full refund of the purchase price, or a proportionate price reduction if you choose to keep the product in its defective condition. In compliance with RA 7394 “THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPPINES, Chapter 3 under “Consumer Product and Service Warranties, Article 68, Section D no. 2.
