1. How do I place an order on winlanddepot?

Simply browse our products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps and choose your preferred payment method.

2. Do I need to create an account to order?

No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save your details for future purchases, and receive exclusive updates.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Paymaya, GCash, QRPh, and Cash On Delivery.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, contact us immediately. Once processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

5. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details after successful checkout.

6. Can I save items in my cart for later?

Yes, but please note that items are not reserved and may go out of stock.

7. How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in Metro Manila only
8. Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we ship orders across the Philippines. Some remote areas may have longer delivery times.

9. How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, weight of the item(s), and shipping method.

10. Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines.

12. Do you offer cash-on-delivery (COD)?

Yes, we do accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience. Once your order is placed and verified, we will proceed with delivery promptly.

13. Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery Policy
winlanddepot.com is committed to delivering fast and efficient service through our Same-Day Delivery option. Please review the terms below:

1. Cut-Off Time
• Orders placed on or before 12:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.

2. Delivery Schedule
• Same-day delivery orders will be served up until 11:59 PM of the same day.
• Dispatch schedules are arranged based on delivery location to ensure efficiency and proper route management.

3. Dispatch Times
• Deliveries within Metro Manila are dispatched at the following intervals:
8:00 AM | 12:00 PM | 5:00 PM
• Orders will be dispatched at the nearest available schedule after confirmation.

4. Service Coverage
• Same-day delivery is available exclusively within Metro Manila.
• Deliveries are fulfilled by the winlanddepot.com in-house courier team.
• Areas outside Metro Manila are not included in the same-day delivery service.

5. Conditions and Limitations
• Service is subject to availability within Metro Manila.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:
– Weather disturbances
– Road and traffic conditions
– Accessibility of delivery location
– Manpower availability
– Courier or third-party constraints

6. Important Reminders
• winlanddepot.com will exert best efforts to complete all same-day deliveries; however, delivery times are not guaranteed during unforeseen events.
• Customers will be notified of unavoidable delays.
• If no authorized recipient is available before or beyond standard office hours, customers must inform winlanddepot.com immediately to reschedule for the first dispatch the following day.
• Deliveries attempted beyond business hours will still be made. If unsuccessful due to unavailability of the customer or their representative:
– The order will be rescheduled to the next available dispatch.
– An additional handling fee may apply.
– Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the account being tagged as high risk, potentially limiting future service eligibility.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

13. How do I return a product?

To return a product, ensure it meets the following conditions:

  • Hidden or factory defects must be assessed
  • Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the item
  • Original sales invoice is required
14. Who pays for return shipping?
  • Within 15 days: winlanddepot will shoulder the return shipping fee.
  • After 15 days: Buyer shoulders all shipping fees.
15. What if the item is defective?

If the defect is proven after assessment, we will replace the item or issue store credit.

16. Can I return an item due to a change of mind?

Yes, but it must be in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

17. Are there fees for Change of Mind returns?

Yes, for credit card payments, a 3% processing fee applies to Change of Mind returns.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

21. How long will it take to receive my refund/store credit?

Store credit is issued within 7 business days upon validation of your return.

22. Can I exchange my item for something else?

Yes, provided it's within 15 days and the value is equal. If your chosen replacement costs more, you’ll pay the price difference.

23. What happens if the item I want to exchange for is out of stock?

You may either wait for restocking or choose another item of equal value.

24. What if I lost my sales invoice?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges without the original receipt.

25. How cancellations are handled.

When a cancellation request is submitted through our official website, the request will be directed to and processed by our authorized third-party service provider. Please note that all cancellations are governed by the procedures and policies established within the third-party provider’s system, which we are required to follow. Once your cancellation has been reviewed and approved, and if your order is deemed eligible for a refund, the approved amount will be credited back to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval. However, the exact time frame may vary depending on your financial institution’s policies and internal processing timelines. Please be aware that a refund processing fee may apply. Such fees are determined and collected by your financial institution or payment provider, and we have no control over the amount or timing of these charges. Any deductions imposed will be the responsibility of the customer. To ensure a smooth and efficient cancellation process, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete order details when submitting a request. Incomplete or incorrect information may cause delays or, in some cases, prevent the successful processing of the cancellation and refund. We strongly encourage customers to review their orders carefully before confirming a purchase to minimize the need for cancellations. Should a cancellation be unavoidable, compliance with the above requirements will help us facilitate a timely and transparent resolution. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will keep you informed throughout the entire process. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will immediately notify you via E-mail, SMS, or any messaging platform integrated into our website that the cancellation is done.
