1. Payment Policy
Pre-orders require full payment upon checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not allowed for pre-order items. Please select a prepaid method (e.g., GCash, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card).
2. Lead Time / Delivery Schedule
Pre-order items are subject to a processing time of 14 to 21 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
This estimate may vary depending on supplier schedules, customs, or logistics delays.
3. Product Availability & Replacement
In rare cases where the ordered item becomes totally unavailable, the customer will be notified.
A replacement item with the same specifications or similar model may be offered.
Customers may choose to:
• Accept the replacement
• Cancel the order and receive a full refund
4. Cancellation & Change of Mind Policy
We understand plans can change. We accept cancellations due to change of mind under these conditions:
Must be requested within 3 calendar days of placing the order.
A 3% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund to cover transaction, admin, and restocking costs.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
After 3 days, cancellations due to change of mind will no longer be accepted.
🚫 Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping, logistics, or special-order fees (if already incurred) are not refundable.
5. Final Notes
Once your order has been processed or shipped, no further changes or cancellations will be allowed.
By confirming your order at checkout, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
